Many clients have told me they feel like their main issue keeping them from feeling energized and present during the day is eating more than they plan to in the evening. And I am here to tell you that the answer is not to try harder or have more discipline. Here are five reasons you may be overeating at night and solutions to stop them.

Turmeric Oats
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Water
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Sea Salt to taste
Optional spices: Ginger, Cardamom
Optional Garnishes: Almond butter, Sunflower Butter, Tahini, Hemp Seeds, Chia Seeds, Berries, Bananas, Apples, Maple Syrup.
Combine oats and water in a saucepan and bring to a low boil. Add turmeric, cinnamon, salt and any additional spices. Stir while the mixture reaches desired consistency. Top with your favorite fruit, nut butter or seeds. Please feel free to let us know what you thought HERE.
